Yes. Data export is free and available anytime — including labor-spend CSV export and your core records. We don't hold data hostage when customers leave.
Not yet. Online card payments through the customer portal are locked to Stripe test mode in this version, so we don't promise them. Invoice delivery by email and PDF works today — and this page will say so when live payments ship.
The integration engineering for QuickBooks, Xero, and Plaid bank connections is built, but it hasn't been validated against live APIs and there are no credentials configured — the data pipe is dry. Saying “works with QuickBooks” today would be false. What works now is real double-entry accounting inside ATLAS, plus CSV import and export.
Technicians get a mobile-friendly job view: assigned jobs, checklists, notes, and photos. Offline mode is not verified — plan for connectivity in the field.
An in-app support channel with priorities, comments, and attachments, included in the plan. There are no SLAs in version 1 — we're a new product and we won't promise response times we haven't proven.
CSV import with templates and a guided setup — built for migration day. Upload, confirm, import.
