Terms of Service
The terms that govern your ATLAS subscription — written as plainly as we could, prepared for professional legal review before launch. Last updated: October 2026.
1. The service
ATLAS is a subscription software platform for trade and field-service businesses: crew scheduling, time tracking, payroll, invoicing, quotes, work orders, dispatch, inventory, procurement, project tracking, reports, data import, and a customer portal — with double-entry accounting underneath.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Modules you rely on will not be removed without notice, and your data is never deleted because a module was disabled.
2. Pricing and billing
ATLAS costs $250.00 per month plus $5.00 per active user per month. An active user is anyone belonging to your organization with an active user account who existed at any point during the billing cycle.
Billing is month to month. Subscriptions are billed by invoice each month — ATLAS does not automatically charge your card. Prices may change in the future; existing customers will be notified before any change takes effect.
There is no free trial in version 1 and no annual contract.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Billing stops at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data remains intact and exportable after cancellation — we do not hold records hostage when a customer leaves.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for managing your users and their roles, and for complying with applicable law — including payroll tax obligations, which ATLAS does not calculate or file on your behalf.
You may not use ATLAS to break the law, to harm others, or to attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
5. Data and privacy
Your organization's data belongs to you. We store it to operate the service, protect it with the practices described on our security page, and never sell it. See our privacy policy for details on what we collect and why.
You may export your data at any time, free of charge.
6. Availability and limits
ATLAS is a new product. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and offer no service-level agreement in version 1.
Some features depend on configuration or credentials you provide: email delivery requires SMTP settings on your host, and integrations such as bank connections or accounting sync require your own API credentials.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim arose. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to customers before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form on this site and your message will be reviewed by the ATLAS team.
Note: these terms were prepared for professional legal review before launch. They reflect how ATLAS actually works today; a licensed attorney should review them before they govern paying customers.
