Workforce

Schedule the crew. Track the time. Approve it once. Done.

Most shops run scheduling in one tool, time tracking in another, and PTO on a spreadsheet. ATLAS connects the whole loop — and hands approved hours straight to payroll.

The lead pillar

One loop, no re-keying

Schedule → clock in → approve → payroll → invoice. Each step feeds the next from the same data — nobody retypes hours from one system into another.

  1. Schedule

Build and publish the week's shifts. Track who's on time.

  2. Clock in

Crews clock in from the field or a shared kiosk with typed-ID anti-buddy-punching.

  3. Approve

Managers review and approve timesheets — by role and by location.

  4. Payroll

Approved hours become pay: 1.5× overtime, salaried rules — posted to the ledger automatically.

  5. Invoice

Bill the customer with branded invoices and sequential numbering.

One data model from the week's schedule to the customer's bill — no re-keying, no exports between systems.

The loop ends at invoicing, honestly. Online card payments through the customer portal are still in test mode — we don't sell the final leg until it's real.

Capabilities

What the workforce modules do

Six pieces, one data model. Every hour is tracked once and used everywhere.

  • Shift scheduling

Managers build and publish weekly schedules with a week view and copy-week. Shift adherence tracking shows who was on time. Manager-driven: there is no employee self-service shift swapping.

  • Clock in, from anywhere

Crews clock in and out from their phones or a shared kiosk. The kiosk uses typed-ID anti-buddy-punching, and a 16-hour warning flags shifts that were never closed.

  • Approvals by role and location

Managers review and approve timesheets within their own locations and role level. “Strictly-below” rules mean nobody approves their own boss's time.

  • PTO that runs itself

Leave requests with a full accrual-rules engine — accrual periods, caps, overrides — plus a holiday calendar, a team calendar, and automatic posting of approved PTO into payroll.

  • Multi-location from day one

Shifts, timesheets, and approvals are scoped to each location. A manager at the Flowood shop sees the Flowood shop — not the whole company.

  • Employee records

Hire and terminate flows, employee profiles, documents, employment history, and location assignments — the HR backbone the loop runs on.
